Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. All pieces are individually wrapped in protective packaging built for fragile ceramics, and every order includes a tracking number.
Absolutely — custom orders are one of our specialties. You can specify shape, size, glaze colour, and surface decoration. Lead time is typically 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. Send us a message to start the conversation.
Our minimum wholesale order is 20 pieces. We offer tiered pricing based on volume. Write to wholesale@poterie-artisanale.tn with your requirements and we’ll come back with a personalised quote.
In the rare event of transit damage, photograph the piece and packaging within 48 hours of receipt and email the photos to contact@maison-teracotta.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund without any fuss.
